The lake is really lovely along with all the wildlife and we had good weather which meant we could walk and cycle in the local area which we enjoyed. Go off-site to Laon to eat out and buy provisions. Pay the extra for lake-side to avoid the climb and enjoy the views. Don't go here for great weather.

One De Eemhoff, our favourite, we love! However this is by far the best European CP yet in our opinion! 2.5 hours drive from Dunkirk. Much nicer experience than Calais.
